AZADI aims to be usable with keyboards, screen readers, text enlargement and reduced-motion settings, and to remain readable on small screens and slow connections.
Editors should provide meaningful alternative text for informative images, captions and credits where relevant, clear heading structure, descriptive links and transcripts or summaries for essential audio or video material.
English and Urdu editions are designed separately for left-to-right and right-to-left reading. Urdu typography should remain readable at enlarged sizes and should not depend on images of text.
