AZADI — South Asian Socialist Solidarities is a collectively built publication and archive for socialist writing, translation, debate and solidarity across South Asia and its diasporas.
We want a space where comrades can think with one another across borders without flattening political differences: a place for analysis, reports from struggles, historical memory, culture, ecology, labour, feminist and queer politics, anti-caste and anti-racist work, anti-imperialist debate, translation, criticism and self-criticism.
AZADI is not intended as a single party line. We value serious disagreement, transparent editing, attribution, translation, archiving and the ability of writers to retain their own political voice. Our editorial collective aims to treat contributors as comrades rather than content suppliers.
We are committed to accessibility, multilingual publishing, the safety of contributors facing repression, and editorial practices that do not reproduce caste, class, gender, racial, religious, national, disability or sexuality-based exclusion.
